1) Don’t know where to start in the gym

You walk in. See the busy free weights area. Instantly veer towards a treadmill/bike/cross-trainer. 2 minutes later, you are already looking at the clock . “Okay, let’s at least try the machines.” You do a few reps and few sets on the machines… But then, what is there left to do? Let’s go home and try again next time. When you PROMISE yourself you will be brave enough try some weights.


2) Struggled to commit to a programme long-term in the past

There was that time where you were regularly going to classes at the gym 3-4 times per week. But then you went on holiday or got sick and never went back. Or that time you were eating healthy for a few weeks, but eventually got bored and returned to your old eating habits. Now, you doubt that you really can stay consistent enough with something in order to see results.


3) A busy social life that throws you “off-track”

Your social time and time with your friends is one of the most important things in your life. You get so much joy from it. And it’s not something you are willing to sacrifice. You know deep down that every time you have a mad weekend it can throw you off your routine. And on a Monday morning you don’t feel fulfilled and energised. You know there’s a way to have a better balance but you’ve struggled to find it.

STRONGER is a female-only group training programme that is held in FitnessHub Brighton, Preston Circus.

STRONGER was built when I reached my capacity of 1-1 personal training, but still wanted to pursue my mission of getting as many women as possible into lifting!

For many years we have been told that lettuce leaf diets and running was the best way to get into shape.

Now, we know that eating to fuel our bodies and getting a barbell in our hands is the best way to feel (and look!) strong and toned.

Strength training can feel like a male-dominated space, but STRONGER is breaking down that barrier and creating a safe space for all my female clients to train in a way they never believed they could.

*Please note STRONGER is a personal training service. We get our members life changing results and aren’t the cheapest option. It’s important for us that our members are willing to invest in their health and fitness.

That being said, we still aim to be a much more affordable option than traditional 1:1 personal training services. Subscriptions start at £110 per month*
