About Me

My aim as your coach is not to provide any “quick fixes” for weight loss or body transformation. I want to help you introduce healthy habits in to your day to day life, to ensure that the results we achieve together are sustained for the rest of your life.

Therefore my coaching goes beyond just what you do for exercise. I focus on exercise for enjoyment, health and mental wellbeing. My approach to nutrition is flexible so you can eat the foods you love and still make progress.

I remember when I began my fitness journey, as an insecure teenager. I started going to the gym and doing a “Bikini Body” programme in order to get smaller and slimmer. It consisted of doing high intensity workouts 6 times a week. I hated it but I thought it would work for me.

After sustaining a minor injury from pushing my body too hard with the programme – I started testing out weightlifting. I instantly fell in love with it and couldn’t believe that the gym could be THAT enjoyable. I very quickly got my own personal trainer to make programmes for me and my body changed in ways I always wanted it to.

I realised by talking to those around me that so many women are still unhappy with their bodies, but are still too scared to lift weights. That’s when I knew that being a coach would allow me to make sure as many women as possible try weightlifting and reap the many benefits such as: getting a toned look, building muscle, getting fitter, improving confidence and improving both physical and mental health.

In 2020, despite the turbulent year it was, I competed in my first ever body building competition in the bikini category. I love to push and challenge myself, and this was the ultimate challenge!

It’s no secret that I love a good night out, eating LOTS, going on holiday and spending time with friends and loved ones and I never sacrifice this in my fitness journey.
