STRONGER – Group Coaching

I started STRONGER because so many women tell me they aren’t comfortable using the free weights area. This was either because they felt it was too crowded, or they weren’t confident enough with their technique.

STRONGER is a community of women who are looking to get fitter, stronger and feel more empowered to lift weights and train.

The programme consists of weekly group lifting sessions at FitnessHub Preston Circus & FitnessHub Preston Park.

These sessions will be focused on learning and strengthening big lifts such as squats, deadlifts, bench press, hip thrusts, push ups, pull ups and more.

The aim being week-by-week you improve your technique, confidence and strength in a group of women of a similar ability and focus.

Alongside that, each member gets monthly programming and progress tracking through my app. This means each member will have an additional two sessions a week to work on their own training. Whether this is at the gym or at home – the aim of the programming is to fast-track your results outside of our face to face sessions.

The community is to keep us all ACCOUNTABLE and consistent – which is what we all need to get those results from our training.

Currently, there are 12 STRONGER slots per week.

Monday 4:30pm, 5:30pm and 6:30pm

Tuesdays 7am, 5:30pm and 6:30pm

Wednesday 9am, 4:30pm and 6:30pm

Thursday 8am and 5:30pm

Friday 5:30pm

There is a maximum of 8 people per training session.

That being said, we still aim to be a much more affordable option than traditional 1:1 personal training services. Subscriptions start at £110 per month*
