The classes have taught me so much. I hadn’t ever done any kind of lifting before I joined so being able to get to know the basics in a supportive and smaller group was really helpful. I hadn’t really felt comfortable coming into the gym as I always felt a bit lost but now I can use machines with confidence and decide my own workouts etc. Also being in a group with all women has made me feel even more comfortable too, and even though we’re all at differing stages the circuits and exercises are suited to us all so it doesn’t feel like I’m being left behind when I struggle with something!
